One of the automatic hydrometric stations of the National Institute of Metrology and Hydrology is located on the Nishava River, in the immediate vicinity of the Seloto neighborhood. The station, according to the classification of BAS, is a regime one and has been monitoring the river level for decades.

A rope bridge was built on the site of the hydrometric station, which connects the two banks of the river and helps to cross it on foot.
